Terms and Conditions

By registering for or using G5 Love, you (or, for a child user, their parent/guardian on their behalf) confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use G5 Love.

G5 Love is provided for personal, non-commercial use to support exam preparation. You agree not to:

• Misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Share or manipulate quiz content, points, or account credentials to gain an unfair advantage
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

G5 Love is intended for students preparing for the Grade 5 Scholarship exam. Student accounts require parent/guardian email verification before activation. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

• Some features of G5 Love require a paid subscription, billed as described at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely through PayHere; G5 Love does not store your card details.
• Subscription pricing, features, and duration may change; changes will be reflected on the subscription page before you pay.

Points earned through learning activity can be redeemed for rewards through the Rewards Shop, subject to availability and any eligibility rules shown at the time of redemption. Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and are not sold. Reward fulfillment may require parental consent and a delivery address.

Refunds for subscription payments are handled under our Refund Policy, including the 14-business-day request window and the rule that dissatisfaction raised more than 7 days after purchase is not eligible for a refund. As reward items are not sold for cash, no item-sale refund applies to them; see the Refund Policy for how gift item damage is handled.

All content on G5 Love — including quiz questions, branding, design, and software — is owned by or licensed to Evolza and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute this content without prior written permission.

G5 Love is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evolza is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including exam results or outcomes, which depend on many factors beyond our control.

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of G5 Love after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms.
